Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn/unused, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email marketing@theboxory.com to submit your request. If your return is approved, we’ll email you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at marketing@theboxory.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Warranty & After-Sales Service

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, email marketing@theboxory.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Before You Request Service

Please ensure you have:

  • Sufficient proof of purchase
  • Cooperated with Boxory in documenting troubleshooting steps
  • Provided the product’s serial number (if applicable) and/or clear evidence of the defect
  • Returned the item for quality inspection if requested

General Terms

Subject to the conditions below, you may request:

  • Refund Service
  • Replacement Service
  • Warranty Repair Service

Shipping Costs (Buyer-Paid in These Cases)

  • Returns for reasons other than a confirmed defect
  • Accidental returns by the buyer
  • Returns of personal items
  • Items claimed defective but verified by Boxory quality control to be in working condition
  • International returns of defective items
  • Any unauthorized returns (outside of the approved process)

Note: In all other cases, the shipping cost will be free

Restocking fee

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.


European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn/unused, with tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • A refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
  • Your bank/credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact marketing@theboxory.com.
